isite issue

hi

I connect my pc directly to modem but when i connect modem via isite , it shows grey . cannot pull any infrmnation frm modem. i disable firewall running in my pc

Does the iSite version match the modems software package?

Did you config the TCP/IP properties of your laptop to reside in the same subnet as the iDirect (and the default gw is the modems IP address)?
