No. Sorry. Satellites at 100 West and 119 West orbit longitude are well below your western horizon, as viewed from Liberia. Look in Lyngsat https://www.lyngsat.com/atlantic.html for TV programming from the US to West Africa. You can see satellites as far west at 82W deg orbit longitude. A beam map is shown for each TV channel. The map must cover Liberia. Dish diameter sizes are suggested for each downlink power contour. Check your dish pointing angles here: Dish pointing West Africa.
Most TV is in C band and needs a 1.8m dish or larger, circular polarisation C band LNB and general purpose FTA satellite receiver.
Consulting a local satellite Tv shop in Liberia is suggested. They will know what is feasible, from experience.
