help about online internet from satellite in iran

hi every body
I live in Iran and want to have online internet from satellite via DVB card
can any body help me to how I cant make it?
any website, blog and etc!
its very necessary for me to make it
i want to send via modem but receive from satellite.

hi, can someone tell me, how can I solve the problem in my windows vista, it gives me an error with a dialog box says, "scvhost has stopped working"

I need to know how i can solve the issue, i have been adviced to update from microsoft update, ihave done that,but no help,
