Need an Inclined orbit internet provider

Hi,

I need an internet provider on inclined orbit satellite. I'm located in Afghanistan!

I will need more than 8Mbs in download and 4Mbs in upload.

PS. There is a new inclined orbit satellite called Turksat 1C on 31.E.

Please provide more information on what you ant to do. We provide a lot of traffic into the ME.
