most probably your isite version is not same as your actual image version . if you achieved rx snr as max then it should be ok.

how do i know which version of isite suitable to me

Your iSite version should match that of the iDS version (firmware) you are running on your iDirect unit (modem)?

If you do not know what iDS version you are using, use the version command when telneted into your iDirect.  The output of that is the iDS firmware that is loaded on your modem.

Although you are seeing 11dB C/N (Rx SNR) make sure you get a good peak/pol/isolation check with controllers to ensure you are putting energy on the Xpol.

so i use isite v 7.0.1.2

but the same problem the histogram doesn't give ang signal graph although rx snr give me 11.2 signal strength

I assume you connect the pc which isite running directly to the modem itself, if not please connect it directly. Also you can check your firewall settings and maybe you need switch it off temporarily. Last thing I wanna ask you, the operating system of the pc, if it is vista then it is normal that you can face problems..

hope these help..
