no ip conctivity no root password for console !!

hello guys

i have really serious problem with my 3100 iDirect i can't get ip conctivity so i cant use isite or telnet or ssh

i tried to connect through console i got a connetion but the password for root is not "iDirect".

how can i recover my unit if i can't got a coonection

any way to reset the root password??

If the modem has in it the correct options file that was provided to you by the hub, then point the dish and ask the hub if they can do anything with it by remote control.

Failing that, ask the hub for a RMA number and get it sent to a repair centre.
