recenlty bentley walker have reduced the number of fairshare periods form 3 to 2 which means they are throttling their customers more often on their new evolution platform. has anyone noticed this. usually they give cliets a fixed amount of bandwidth before they are throttled.  for eample between 9-5 5-1 and 1-9 now they have just 2 slots 1am to 1 pm fixed and they havent increased the downloador upload limits.
