Need to install internet satelital

Hi, I live in Cuba and i need to install some internet satellital system. I can to buy all the equipment in the USA and send it to Cuba. I only need some instructions about the hardware I should to buy and how to install it when it comes to me.
I have some friends in USA ho can to buy but they don't know anything about installation.
I really need some instruction.

I would have lost money betting that you couldn't get the standard Wildblue equipment to work in Cuba. Or do you find that some areas of the island ARE too distant from the center of spot beam 45?
