If you are a distributor of Tooway you need to make it clear to your potential customers that this is a shared service where the headline bit rate needs to be severely qualified with the words "up to".
Please say what FAP traffic limits apply per hour, per 4 hours, per day, per week, per 4 weeks ?
If customers want more than these figures you need to make it clear that they need to be on a higher tariff option.
It is most important not to raise customer expectations above what the service actually offers for the price quoted.
I'm guessing that your 29 euro per month service offers a long term average bit rate of something like 4 - 9 kbit/s. For 29 euro per month that is a reasonable fair price. What long term bit rate does the 29 euro tariff actually offer ?
Best regards, Eric.
