Developing Communications Systems Procurement Specifications :

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Engineering and Procurement, direct the development of the communication system specifications in coordination with the other procurement departments, commercial division, other business partners, end users, and to ensure that the  Communication System procurement requirements and specifications are clearly outlined in the RFP and meet the technical and commercial requirements of the company and its clients. Perform detailed level analysis and budgets to support overall system requirements, and develop and maintain specifications, test plans, statements of work for definition and procurement of all the equipment related to the Communication System Equipments and Software’s, and ensure working closely the vendors to ensure all technical, quality and delivery requirements are clearly understood, verified and met.
