Hi,

Any one know how to rectify boot problems of iDirect 3100 satellite modems. At the moment we have more than 10 faulty modems and every modem can power up, but cannot login using iSite.

Any advice please.

OK, there are a lot of steps between boot problems and not being able to connect using iSite.
1. Can you connect via the console and login to the linux prompt using root?
2. If so can you then telnet 0 and login to the falcon process using admin?
3. if so run the versions_report command and sho the output on here.
4. Does the version match your isite?

What error do you see when trying to log in via iSite?
the recovery procedure has been posted on here numerous times, but we should see where you are before we go down that route.
