Can't ping iDirect remotes

We recently purchased an iDirect hub and started to bring iDirect modems to the network. After upgrading the modems with the proper packages and option file and bring the modems to the network, everything is working fine and we could pass traffic accross the satellite but we cann't ping the modems remotely. We're using infinity and evolution models with 8.3.1 NMS.

By the way, we could ping and console to the modems locally. The issue is we can't ping modems from outside. Not sure is it Hub misconfiguration or something else blocking the ping.

You have those networks populated in your upstream router, correct?  Are you seeing any round trip times in the latency tab of iMonitor?

That's right, and I do see round trip times

Where are you trying to ping the remotes from (NMS, PP, Upstream Switch, Tunnel Switch, etc....)?

from my office or home computer.

Is your hub on a public IP?  Or do you VPN to it?

The has private ip and we don't vpn to it at the moment. We're thinking of having a vpn tunnel to try solving this issue.
