Restart iHub 5IF

Dear All,

I got problem on my LineCard (M1D1). I have turn off & on the card, but I am still not able to get configuration.

the message is "
failed to download configuration: ..."

I am able to ping the ip address.

I am thinking to restart the chasiss, Any idea how to do it ?

Do not restart the chassis. Power cycle the card via the chassis icon in iBuilder if you really want to power cycle the card (use the EDAS, that why it is there). That, or get on console and type reboot.

Sounds like something is amiss with falcon (which identifies eth0). I would recommend getting on console of that card and checking the software, followed by a quick check of the options file (can you telnet 0 to falcon from console?). If no, then it sounds to me like you have a problem with your options file/falcon and may have to cat the opt into it. Please confirm software first.
