I have an idirect 3100 through Ts2. We've been running with no problems for 6 months till four days ago.

we have a solid green rx and solid green tx with no net light. Randomly (not often) the net light will come on for a second then disappear. and sometime the tx light will go off and the net light will flash amber.

I followed a post on here to adjust the tx power to attempt to get the net light on with no luck.

Ive checked all cables and hardware and everything is working like it should...just no net. The NOC is in dubai and I cant get any responce from them, Ts2 suggested to check the tx cable which is fine. please help.
