poor signal

Am using an 3 foot dish in Nairobi and I want to receive nile sat 101&102.Am getting a signal but its too weak to watch!any ideas?

I believe the most practical solution would be to get a bigger dish.

You can try to get a better LNB but Im not sure it will do the trick.
