Please say what manufacturer and model number are these antennas and feed support arms.

The type and diameter of Ku band feed horn needed must match the f/d ratio of the antenna reflector and the yoke mounting arrangement must also match with the feed support arm and the required focal point.

Do you need OMT and transmit reject filter as well ?

We would require feed assembly for channel master ku band.
Model number 678308 and model 61167830c.

Here are images of two types of Andrew Ku band feeds:

Both show normal cross-pol type OMTs.
