Internet Cafe in Ghana

I'm interested in opening an Internet Cafe in Ghana. I would initially like to open with 10-15 stations with the capacity to expand to about 30.

I dont know how much bandwidth I will need to support access to the Internet.

Can someone give me some estimates or some direction ?
