Roll Back iSite version

Hi,

I have iDirect 3100NB modems. For a temporay test I put iSite version 8.0.2.5. Now I need to roll back it to my previous version. ( 7.0.5.0 )

Is there any specific procedure to do it.

pls. advice.

Un-install the (8.0.2.5) current version (that you have installed) and install your old 7.0.5 version.

Thanks for earliest reply. I need to remove 8.0.2.5pkg file also from modem and input 7.0.5.0Pkg file. Kindly tell me how do I do it using iSite.

Just install the version 7.x cumulative update and then the package file. Be sure to wait after installing the cumulative update and don't reset or reboot the modem before applying the package and ensuring the options file is a version 7 file.
