5000 series latest cumulative and remote files

hi,i need the latest cumulative and remote files for the 5000series idirect modem.i have 3100 infinity files and upgraded the 3000series and works fine,files are like that ;

cumulative_update-8_0_2_1.pkg
remote-8_0_2_1.pkg

i need the 5000 series files.

Do you have iSupport? If so, have iDirect drop the image sets on your TAC account. If not, you are going to need to ask around.
