I've been looking for a backhaul supplier and Avanti was mentioned......as cheap! Digging deeper I've been told to steer well clear.........crap customer service, arrogant, poor QoS, promised speeds not materialising, weeks to months getting service engineer to sort problems.... were some of the comments mentioned. Heavy stuff!

Thing is they are cheap, really cheap compared to the old established suppliers. Just wondered if anybody out there can say anything good about them.
