Is there any VSAT licensed company which can support us in an installation in (Libya, UAE, Lebanon), besides the installation can anyone help us in the licensing subject and the import of the HW?

Thank you very much however I heard that the licensing will be the end customers responsibility at Dubai and Lebanon as well. is that true?
