Need 40mbps down and 13mbps up in Afghanistan

I'm looking for providers that can provide 40mbps down and 13mbps up to one site in Afghanistan. This will be a new setup. Any dish/modem combo is fine. Dedicated bandwidth. Please respond here or e-mail to bokad@hotmail.com
