SSH issue

hello Guys

I have a problem when trying to connect to my iDirect 3000 through ssh ..... I got this error messeage

"no authentication methodes available"

I'm using Putty & i'm trying with keyboard interactve disabled but the same issue

any ideas

Ensure that sshd has been started on the remote. It should be (by default), but you never know.

# service sshd start

100% ssh is started i checked it out
