Hello Boss,

To provide a quote for services we need to know:

1) What kind of site will this be (business office, Cyber Cafe, school, etc.)

2) How many PCs will share the service during peak busy hours?

3) How many VoIP lines (if any) will be active during peak busy hours and what codec (G.723, G.729, Skype, etc.) will you use?

4) How many webcams will be active at the same time (if any)?

5) Are there any "special" business applications, such as VPN, Citrix, large/frequent file transfers, streaming content, SCADA, video conferencing, etc.?
