Does anyone has an experience of using an Premium iSupport  program from iDirect.


We are planning to get the  iDirect Premium iSupport for 15 months , which includes the equipment warranty for three years , and  when this iSupport needs renewal after 15 months we look to   iDirect iSupport Basic program

Can anyone tell me if the three year warranty of the hardware will be valid if we go for  iSupport Basic after the 15 months completion of iSupport premium.
