I am trying to start a radio station in east africa and what i really need or help is all the equipment I need to buy for the radio station to build .

Depends on what kind of station. Are you talking about Radio broadcasting to your local area? It is also possible to have a system that runs purely over VSAT equipment. And the final possibility I can think of is Internet radio.
