iMonitor's Acknowledgement issue

Hi,
On iMonitor(ver 8.3.1), what should we do to clear (Ack) the sound tempolarily if the alarms and warnings would occur?

We couldn't ack by pushing "Acknowledgement button" on iMonitor...

Of course, I can clear the sound by pushing the "speaker mark" on iMonitor for all time!

It is urgent.

Hi Satkdjp

You may want to read the iMonitor User Guide as there is a lot of information in there on Audio Notifications. In short you can use the Results -> Audio Notification menu item to customise the sounds and Results -> Audio Notification -> Properties to configure repeats and duration of the sounds.

As you mentioned, of course we can configure the repeats and duration of the sound.

However, we would like to acknowledge the alarm by pushing the "Acknowledgment button" or other method.

We would like to do as below order.

1.an Alarm occur
2.iMonitor sound an alarm repeatedly (1 sound /10s)
3.I acknowledge the alarm (clear the sound)
4.the new alarm occur
5.iMonitor sound an alarm repeatedly (1 sound /10s)
6.I acknowledge the alarm (clear the sound)
