Hi,

we upgraded our idx 2.0.0.3 to 2.01 last night. One of our remotes got locked in the process and I am getting the "Unable to open serial port com1: Access denied" message when trying to console the modem. Any thoughts on how I could gain access again to the modem for recovery would be appreciated.
