VSAT engineer for 2.4m install in Bahrain

looking for a qualified VSAT engineer for Al Dur, Bahrain.

The requirement is a one time job to to install a 2.4m KU band TX/RX antenna and point at Telstar 12 @ 15 West.

Local engineers preferred to reduce travel costs.
