VSAT engineer for 1.8m install in Kuwait

looking for a qualified VSAT engineer for Wafra, Kuwait.

The requirement is a one time job to to install a 1.8m KU band TX/RX antenna and point at Telstar 12 @ 15 West.

Local engineers preferred to reduce travel costs.
