Paradise PD25 on iDirect platform

Hi there,

I have a customer has PARADISE DATACOM Modems PD25 claiming that it can work with iDirect 5i-F hub, is anyone can avice me on this? Thank you in advance.

Uhhh what? A PD25 is an SCPC modem.. I'm not sure how they got that impression. If they are talking about them working together in the same teleport, that's obviously correct. Otherwise, no .. a 5IF hub will not support a PD25 modem for a number of reasons.

Thanks wbailey. So its not possible, unless they want SCPC service separated from the iDirect platform.
