Tooway modem reboots

Hello all,
I've had Tooway online for about a week and a half.  Almost every time I get online, the Tooway modem will reboot about 10-20 minutes into my web usage. It always reconnects, but this is a major annoyance.  I understand why it might do this a few times in the first few days of service (to get its updates), but why every day?  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there any way to see the event log on the Tooway modem to see what caused this?  I was able to easily see the event log before the signal locked by accessing it on the 192.168.x.x segment, but since the computer now gets a public IP, I haven't found out how to connect to the administrative interface of the modem.
Thanks in advance,
John
