I'm looking for any advice or information on importing and using satellite communications equipment in Chad.

Is it possible and legal to bring in Iridium and Thuraya satellite phone and use them, or is this either prohibited or frowned upon by the government? If it is permiited are licences required.

What about BGAN modems and GPS tracking equipment?
