Hi,
I have been succesfully using Tooway in Cyprus for 6 months now and works great - apart from the upload speed.  I am normally only getting 180 - 250 max, even though download can be as much as 4.5mbs.
This is particularly a problem now as have had a dreambox fitted and wont work effectively with this upload speed.
Any suggestions how to improve?
