Tooway Ku activation error

Before CTR+F5

We had above error when trying to activate Tooway Ku systems.

RX (receive) signal is good on a Spectrum Analyzer.

Downstream (RX) = 0 db, all other values normal.

The only way to get rid of above is the following procedure:

2x or 3x CTR+F5, close browser and start browser again.

...
After CTR+F5

Above happens with IE8 and Firefox. It is not related to a browser cache because it happens on different computers not used for activation before and also on a brand new laptop.

We had also reports from other users experience same problem.

A short Tooway activation video. It shows the status of the LED lights on the front of the modem during activation process, click here

Interesting..

What happens if you click "Hide details".  Does it change to "Refresh details" perhaps ?

It would be interesting to do View Source and see if there is javascript code in the html page that is responsible for pulling the data and showing either the red failure text or the OK text.  Or maybe the whole page is dynamically generated in the modem.

Best regards, Eric.

When you "hide deatails" there is no "Refresh" option and it does not change when you return to activation details.
