net on but icon grey in iBuilder / iMonitor

Hi Everyone,
I am a Noc operator and am using IDX 2.0.1.0. i am facing this problem recently that the icon of newly added remotes remains grey despite there acquisition into the network. The remotes are showing Rx, Tx, Net led green but the icon in iMonitor and iBuilder statys grey. If i make any change in iBuilder, changes pending icon also doesn't appear. Also don't see any latency in the latency tab in imonitor but i accessed the NMS and it was able to ping the remote LAN and MGMT IP alright.

Does anybody has an idea regarding this issue, how it can be rectified?

We all have this exact problem. Go into ibuilder and click on the remote - select "Retrieve active configuration from Remote". It'll sync to the PP..

Thank TDMAmike for this one, he re-implanted it in my brain when I was having some problems.
