I'm a newbie to this forum. I have searched the forum but I can't quite get an answer to my problem. Please forgive me if I have not searched enough!

I have an iDirect that I had trouble logging in into. I decided to do the whole password recovery thing.

After what I considered a successfully password change I rebooted the machine.(both root and admin)

(on hyperterminal console)
when i get to the iDirect Login:
I enter the recently changed admin credentials

I then get a promt: "Username:"

What baffles me is at this point niether admin or root works.

Also on iSite I cannot login.

I am totally confused.

Any suggestions? Please help
