Hello,
i have a tooway internet with a modem SM-1001 and a tp-link router after that. Having checked with a software found that all of the ports of modem are locked.
I have connected a DVR (H.264 not pc) to the router forwarded to it and can watch dvr from a pc connected to the same router.
When I tried to connect remotely with ip or with ddns modem doesn't let me pass in. Firewall from router is disable and forward to the port of dvr is done.
Please give a solution to bypass the locked modem ports.
Thank you.

Hi, you have to check local settings because there are no ports locked at a Tooway modem.

We use logmein.com to connect from our iPhone and iPad to any unit at our office via a normal ads line but also via a Tooway satellite link. In both cases no problem with ports.
