Tooway and network (IP) cameras

As far as you know do network (IP) cameras, based on open IP standards, work with tooway?

I'm happy with tooway (user since 2009) but I recently had a big disappointment on a similar issue, not being able to use VPN. They sell tool/services for VPN and probably not happy if you do it yourself.

Since they similarly do sell a Kit ToowayCam, I'm a little bit puzzled whether to buy a network camera or not.

Maybe a service like [broken link ] can help you. We use it to control and access our servers in UK and Spain from remote (iPad).

Admin: I tried using a VSAT for remote viewing of security IP cameras and the result was very poor. The VSAT system was designed for customers doing web browsing with minimal upload of data and lots of download data. This is opposite to what was wanted by the custome application. In this case: total failure.

If you want remote viewing of IP camera or similar remote access to database files located at the customer VSAT site then explain this to the satellite service seller so you get what you need, e.g. a low bit rate down to the remote VSAT site and large data flows upwards to the satellite.
