Tooway and network (IP) cameras

As far as you know do network (IP) cameras, based on open IP standards, work with tooway?

I’m happy with tooway (user since 2009) but I recently had a big disappointment on a similar issue, not being able to use VPN. They sell tool/services for VPN and probably not happy if you do it yourself.

Since they similarly do sell a Kit ToowayCam, I’m a little bit puzzled whether to buy a network camera or not.
