Some VSAT issue in Africa

Dear all,

I’m new to this forum and sincerely hope to have responses and assistances from you.

We are a satellite operator in Hong Kong and currently have some projects demanding for broadband satellite service between the Hub in China and several remote sites throughout several areas in Africa. In the meantime, we are planning to establish some stations in Africa; therefore, we would like to know some charge as listed below for evaluation.

1) The related License fee for Satellite Uplink and Landing Rights.
2) Installation Fee for remote site, including antenna pointing/alignment, testing and commissioning service.
3) Management fee as the site might be authorized to you for carrying out network monitoring, technical support…etc.

Thanks for your response. I’ve got info from some friends in this forum and sent the summaries to our client already. There are eight remote sites being initially established in eight countries of south Africa. I’ll contact you for any further request from our client. Thanks again!

No problem - glad you have found a solution.

For information we provide service at C-band, Ku-band and iSCPC over the entire EMEA region. We can also provide installation, commissioning and maintenance for VSAT sites throughout these countries in addition to this.
