I´m specifying a satellite internet based solution that will involve internet access initially in Gabon, Cameroon, Congo and RDC, but will potentially need to be extended later to other African countries.

I prefer to work with a single contractor to cover all the satellite related services - indoor and outdoor equipment installation and support, VNO, etc.

Do you have any experience or comments on that? I´m concerned that requiring all services to be provided from a single vendor is a too strong constraint and will limit severely my options.
