Modem failed to activate (remained grey)

Hi House,
Kindly help wiv the issue i experienced here...an X3 site remained grey after installation on iDx 2.0. Both the remote status and UCP infos were observed on the iMonitor.

How do i go about it

in iBuilder go to the remote and retrieve active configuration.
If the modem is online, UCP etc then the NMS should be able to recognize that after you retrieve active remote side.
If you are not able to retrieve the configuration, double check all IP configs in remote and in NMS for the remote, make sure no changes have been made since applying remote config.
