need help to setup Ku band dish from scratch

I migrated to Australia from sri lanka where i watched sat FTA TV. Now I like to set it up again but cant remember how to get about. I have a Ku Band dish and the LNB. I live in Tasmania Lat 41.44 deg South and 147 deh east.
Can you kindly give me step by step instructions as to what I must do.

See https://www.lyngsat.com/asia.html for possible satellite and TV channels. Check carefully regarding beam coverage maps to make sure you are within the beam area.
