HX50 with Hughes universal lnb

Hello, I need help with the hughes HX50 with the Hughes universal LNB. I have the dish aligned to a 92 signal strength. But my download rate i=s only 200 to 220 kps with one pc hooked directly to the modem. I am on a 1024 X 256 package. I am not having any problems finding the satellite.

My questions are this: what download and upload rate should i expect to get from Bentley Walker on this package?

Al so can anyone explain to me in simple terms exactly how to assemble this lnb for vertical pol.

I know that the 505 must remain straight above the feed arm. At least for everything i have read.

What I need to know is with this lnb, is the normal configuration to set the assembly to horizontal polarization then rotate the the dish 90 degrees to obtain nominal vertical polarization. and if this is so which way do i rotate from the back of the dish to set vert nominal. if my final polarization will +43.3.

Right now i have the lnb assembled with the single tic marks aligned for vertical align. but to get the 505 directly above the feed arm the lmb has to rotate 90 degrees in the mount for the 505 to be directly above the feed arm.

I do not know if this is correct.

Could anyone give me some guidance.

The 505 and single tick mark must remain directly away from the feed support arm, at all times.

With the feed arm at the bottom and the Universal LNB with its connector sticking out sideways. This is true Horizontal receive polarisation.
Go behind the dish and turn the polarisation anticlockwise by 90 deg till the feed arm is on the right hand side. You are now true Vertical receive polarisation.
Now adjust the polarisation by an amount of +43.3 deg clockwise, back down. All viewed from behind the dish facing forwards towards the satellite in the sky. Count the amount of +43.3 deg along the scale. Ignore the numbers if they go backwards from 90 or whatever. It is the amount and direction of adjustment that matters.
I am assuming that the +43.3 is correct and came from https://www.satsig.net/maps/lat-long-finder.htm Some minor final adjustment of polarisation may be necessary, possibly to about +46.8 deg clockwise. You are allowed to make up to +/-5 deg adjustment at the feed yokes, that is what the 505 means.

so you are saying adjust the polarization of the dish itself? I keep seeing different commentary on the subject... some say adjust the LMB arm, some say adjust the dish... I just need to know so I can finally get my signal above 80!
