Actively Seeking SATCOM and TCF Engineers

I am actively recruiting for Candidates with a US based Secret or higher clearance who are willing to work both CONUS and OCONUS. Candidates must have the ability to engineer links, both terrestrial and over multiple transmission mediums (Satellite, Fiber, Microwave). Candidates should be knowledgeable in Satellite Communications (Commercial and US Military applications), Microwave Communications, US Military TCF equipment. Candidates should have good troubleshooting skills and be familiar with DISA standards for link, trunk, and circuit performance.
Positions are currentlycontingent, contract award is imminent. Positions are in Ft. Huachuca Arizona, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Candidates wishing to apply should understand that travel (around 80% a year) is required. Candidates over 60 years of age will not be considered for assignments in Kuwait due to Host Nation Sponsorship regulations. All candidates will require a medical screening prior to attending CRC, UDC or NDC. Resumes must contain references and contact information for former employers.

16 years experience in the US Navy in the field of electronics, communications,
tech control, intranetworking and internetworking with an emphasis on installation,
configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Department of Defense and
United States Navy telecommunication systems, and Defense Message System Networks.
Various shipboard equipment such as the WSC-3, INMARTSAT-C, HF, UHF (Line of
Sight & SATCOM) VHF, AN/FCC-100, Advanced Digital Multiplexing System
(ADMS),quality control and monitoring systems,cryptographic, modulation
equipment and antenna systems. Supervised the writing of and co-wrote 17
Training directives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dealing with
unclassified and classified Defense Messaging System, GateGuard, Defense Message
Dissemination System and STU II/III secure telephone systems. Safeguarded
classified and unclassified LAN/WAN systems. Execute information transfer with
state-of-the-art multi-media technology such as fiber optics, digital microwave,
and tactical and commercial satellites on a global basis; operate, manage and provide
hardware and software support to multi-media automated information systems (AIS) to
include: mainframes, mini, and microcomputers, Local Area Networks (LAN's),
Wide Area Networks (WAN's), and telecommunications; apply diagnostic and restoral
techniques utilizing knowledge of electronic and operational system theory; advise on
capabilities, limitations, and condition of equipment; implement production control
procedures including input/output quality control support; implement and monitor
security procedures; perform assigned mission organizational level maintenance and
repair of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence Systems.
Monitored landline and microwave circuits. Operated cryptographic equipment and the
telecommunication multiplexing/demultiplexing equipment. Operated the IDNX/Promina 400 series.
Determined frequencies and task organization from Communication Annex to Operation Orders.
Used DS1/T1 Test Equipment and the TTC Firebird 6000A communications analyzer for Bit Error
Rate testing using a variety of test patterns for troubleshooting, fault isolation,
and circuit performance. Performed CMS Custodian duties.

My experience last, having working with Citra Sari Makmur the company provider VSAT and data communication first in southeast asia and especially in Indonesia island. I have experience in installation dish, testing and commissioning. Also have been working to monitoring and create,edit and trouble shoot the problem raise regarding our monitoring via Network control System ( NCS ) by earth station.
