If you can describe us what exactly are you going to do with the internet connection, and about your conditions in Somalia, we will be able to provide you better information.
BGAN terminal is very small, portable, easy to set up and you can get basically good and reliable service. BUT, it has limited bandwidth capacity, and it is very expensive (not the terminal itself, but the usage).
VSAT is the other option, but it requires more expensive equipment and setup, and if you are looking for portable solution - even more expensive. The service is good and reliable and cheaper as well, much cheaper. So providing more accurate information will allow us to advice which of the two solutions may be better for you.
