hi sir,,

in my client site i have installed C-Band , and my client is banking company . we are using VSAT C-Band here for their VPN connection .

but the problem is though the VSAT link is up , but still the ATM is not stable ..... some time it comes up n again goes down .......

and some of the ATM at client site works properly but some tends to be not stable at all ...

so please help me out to solve it out .......

Dear RAj,,

It seems its not a RF Problem, whats the HW used on Both Ends?? Routers or VPN Client? 99% am sure its some sore of router so you need to check the Interfaces settings ,, you can normally find the Line protocol is flapping. if its like this try to rest the interface and check the results.
