NO RX on modem

i have got no RX on modem, LED blinking with orange LED.
i have checked everything, LNB, IFL but no result. site down from 5 days...

Check the connectors on both ends of the Receive coaxial cable. Look for corrosion or loose connectors. If it looks good, try substituting the TX cable for the RX cable. The cable may be cut or damaged.

Check the voltage at the LNB with a voltmeter. It should be 13 - 18v.
