Poor service from Alsatis in France

Hello :
I have the basic package, namely :
6 Mb/S download,
1 Mb/C upload
4 Go volume.

Here are the results of recent speed tests at <whatismyip.com> :
Chicago : 3,56 Mbps down, 0,02 Mbps up
London : 3,56 Mbps down, 0,03 Mbps up
San Francisco : 2,85 Mbps down, 0,03 Mbps up

For the last two weeks or so I've experience very poor service indeed. Some web pages don't load at all. Others take 3 or 4 or more minutes to load. Often the download stops halfway through as the connection times out. Phone calls using Skype are not possible.

Alsatis customer service was very unresponsive when I applied for the service. Installation took more than a month.

Sindia Somb listed as the customer service person, tends not to answer eMails. She has had two letters about this problem, one in English and one in French. No reply to either.

The service is so poor, I have difficulty getting my work done. I'm beginning to think I may have to cancel the subscription. As I pay by direct debit, which likely can only be canceled by Alsatis, I expect I'll have to change my bank as well!

It looks you just passed your (hourly, daily, weekly and monthly) weekly or monthly limit (99,99% sure), thats all, check your usage. Leave the system off for a few days and you are back to normal speed and no timeouts anymore (depending on your previous usage).
