Dear All,

this is my first time to configure our hub X3 with XLC 11.
I already made 2 carrier for downstream ( Downstream  SCPC and Downstream DVB-S2 )
I can configure the XLC 11 with downstream SCPC, but when i change to DVB-S2 carrier there is no option for that carrier.
What is the problem with my Hub Sad

Please help, i have to getting online all of our remote this night Sad
Thanks.

Why not put all the downstream traffic on one carrier ? The portion of traffic you call SCPC needs to be given dedicated guaranteed capacity in the traffic flow in the router feeding the downstream modulator so that the advertised SCPC bit rate is there all of the time regardless of the actual customer demand.

thanks for your reply, sir eric

actually i would like to use DVB-S carrier. But i couldn't push that carrier to HLC carrier. no option on that HLC.
But if i used SCPC Donwstream, it showing on the HLC option.

Maybe could you send me the manual how to configure the X3 HUB.

Please kindly send it to achmad_w@hotmail.com

Thanks in advance.

If you want iDirect hub documentation, training and software get it exclusively from iDirect.

Go to: https://www.idirect.net/Training-and-Services.aspx

This is essential in order to maintain the integrity of iDirect VSAT networks.
